There is more to dining on Carnival Liberty
than just the main dining rooms and the
specialty restaurant. As a result of the Fun Ship
2.0 enhancements, Liberty also has an array of
informal dining venues, most of which are
located on Lido Deck near the ship's pools.
Lying between the two large pool areas is the
ship's informal buffet restaurant, Emile's
Bistro. Included within its bounds are several
stations offering different dining choices. It is
open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can
seat 1,396 guests.
Replacing the sushi bar on Promenade Deck is the
Taste Bar. At dinner time on certain evenings of the
cruise, the Taste Bar gives away small samples of
various items that appear on the menus of the
specialty restaurants on the Carnival ships.
