DINING
There are two main dining rooms, both
serving the same menu on Liberty (See our
menus page).
The Golden Olympian Restaurant is
only open for dinner. Located midships
split between Your Time Dining on the 526
seat lower level and traditional cruise ship
dining on the 216 seat balcony level. The
traditional system has reserved tables and
assigned dining times. The flexible system
allows guests who have selected it to dine
anytime between 5:45 and 9:30 p.m. The
table one dines at under Your Time Dining
changes each night, depending upon what is
available.
The Silver Olympian Restaurant is at the stern of
the ship and seats over 1,100 guests on two levels. It
is open for breakfast, (bunch on sea days) and dinner.
For breakfast and bunch, this dining room is open
seating. Guests tell the hostess how many people are
in the party and she finds a suitable table.
For dinner, the Silver follows the traditional two
seating system.
The room has tables for 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests in a
variety of situations (e.g. window tables;
banquettes; balcony etc).
Diamond Steakhouse is the Liberty's 108-seat specialty restaurant. It is a colorful room done in a Manhattan chic style. There is
a charge of $35 per person.
