Carnival Ecstasy has two main dining rooms. Both use
the same menus. (see our menu page).
The two dining rooms are named after sailing ships of
Windstar Cruises, which was at one time part of the
Carnival family of cruise lines.
The Wind Song Dining Room is located aft. It can
serve up to 658 guests.
This dining room is only open for dinner during which it
follows the traditional passenger ship dining system.
Each guest is assigned to a specific table at either the
early seating or the late seating.
The Wind Star Dining Room is in the middle of the ship
off of the Grand Atrium. It can serve up to 650 guests.
This dining room is open to all passengers for breakfast
and lunch on an open seating basis.
For dinner, this dining room follows a flexible dining
system called "Your Time Dining." Guests who select this
system can come to dinner any time the restaurant is open.
Along Ecstasy's indoor promenade, City Lights Boulevard,
there are two dining venues. The Sushi Bar (above left), which
as the name indicates, serves popular Japanese-style dishes.
The Rolls Royce Café (above right) is a patissere offering
specialty coffees including Lattes, Cappuccinos and Espressos,
fresh pastries, as well as milkshakes.
Ecstasy's buffet restaurant is called the
Panorama Bar and Grill. It is
