The Seaplex Dog House is a development of the popular Dog House hot dog
stand that first appeared on Allure of the Seas. This time the venue has been
decorated so as to look like a food truck. While most of it is within the Seaplex,
the front of the truck sticks through the wall and onto the jogging track outside.
While the Windjammer is quite similar to the Windjammers on other Royal Caribbean ships, Johnny Rockets is very
different. Instead of the 1950s style diner that housed this venue on the Voyager, Freedom and Oasis classes, the Johnny
Rockets on Quantum is in a sheltered section of the Outdoor Pool area near the H2O Zone. In addition, whereas the prior
versions of this venue were famous for their dancing waiters and waitresses, at this Johnny Rockets guests go to the counter
to place an order. A pager signals you when your order is ready. The menu has also changed with such familiar favorites
as the Rocket Double and the Oreo sundaes absent. Still, the burgers remain quite tasty.
There is a cover charge for this venue.

While there is no Royal Promenade on Quantum, the ship does
have two of the popular casual dining venues that began life on
the Royal Promenade. These venues are neighbors on the
Royal Esplanade on Deck 4. Sorrento's (above) features New
York style pizza while the Café Promenade features specialty
coffee, snacks and pastries. These two venues have been joined
by La Patisserie, a French-style coffeehouse and pastry shop.
(There are additional charges at La Patisserie).
Cafe@270 is adjacent to the 270 entertainment complex.
