Silk is Quantum's Asian-fusion restaurant. Although
the inspiration for the decor comes from different parts
of the world, like The Grande, Silk has an elegant
Quantum of the Seas introduced the concept of Dynamic Dining. The ship has no main dining
room. Instead, it has five themed-restaurants, each with a different menu and a different decor.
They thus provide different dining experiences. Guests decide which restaurant to experience each
night. When to come is up to the guests. Of course, this is subject to availability and so guests are
encouraged to make reservations just like they would at a restaurant ashore. Reservations can be
made online prior to the cruise or while onboard.
The American Icon Grill features comfort food from around the United States. Although the decor
is upscale contemporary, the dress code here is casual.
