The Main Dining Room has three
levels. Each level has its own name:
Rembrandt (deck 3); Michelangelo
(deck 4) and Botticelli (deck 5).
For dinner, the Rembrandt and the
Michelangelo follow the traditional
passenger ship style where each
passenger has a reserved place at one
of the two seatings. The Botticelli has
a flexible dining program called My
Time Dining, in which guests can come
to dinner at any time the restaurant is
Breakfast is open seating and is in the
Rembrandt Dining Room.
On sea days, the same room is open for lunch,
again on an open seating basis. The lunch
menu features Brasserie 30, which is designed
to allow the guest to have a complete lunch in
30 minutes. Guests can order dishes which
will be brought by the waiters and/or the
guests can get things from a buffet.
Liberty has two extra-tariff specialty restaurants. Portofino
(above) is an intimate, up-scale Italian-style venue.
Liberty's large buffet restaurant has two sections. Jade has an
emphasis on Asian cuisine. The Windjammer Café covers the
spectrum of cooking styles including hamburgers, carvery,
sandwiches, Indian dishes, pizza, desserts etc. Both sections are
very popular. Both are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Chops Grille (above) is a relaxed but still high-end steak house.
Johnny Rocket's is styled after a 1950/1960s American dinner.
In keeping with that style, it serves hamburgers, french fries, and
sundaes. There is a small cover charge of $4.95.
Johnny Rocket's is event dining. The waiters not only take your
order but they periodically line dance to the hits of the 1950s and
Café Promenade (above) located on the Royal Promenade and is open 24 hours for snacks including sandwiches and
cookies. It also serves specialty coffee drinks.
A venue added during the 2011 refit is the Cupcake Cupboard. Here, guests can purchase and make specialty cupcakes.
Sorrentos is Liberty's pizzeria (above). With tables both inside and on the Royal Promenade it is a nice location to sit and
watch the world go by.
For ice cream snacks, guests have a choice
between the name brand Ben & Jerry's
(above) on the Royal Promenade or the free
soft ice cream machines at Sprinkles (left)
in the main pool area.
Also in the main pool area is Squeeze, a
bar that specializes in healthy fruit drinks
and smoothies (right).
Liberty also has special dining events such
as a buffet by the pools during an open air
deck party (below).
