Cruise ship photo essay - - Enchantment of the Seas - - Royal Caribbean (RCI) -- Enchantment Goes To Bermuda
In this photo essay, we follow
Enchantment as she visits Bermuda
and two ports in Southern New
England: Boston and Newport in the
summer of 2012. An interesting
itinerary that combined the island
paradise with the history of
cosmopolitan Boston and the
sophisticated resort Newport.
The next day continued the fine weather
Enchantment had experienced in Boston. This was
fortunate as Newport is a tender port. The ships
boats ferried the passengers ashore past the sail
boats and yachts.
On the first day, Enchantment had the
dockyards to herself. However, on the
second morning, Norwegian Dawn arrived
and the two ships sat stern-to-stern.
It rained the morning Enchantment arrived at
the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal in Boston.
However, just as the shore excursions were
gathering, the sun appaeared
Enchantment's first port of call was Bermuda, where she
docked at King's Wharf in the Royal Naval Dockyard.
After a day exploring mansions and
colonial buildings, passengers arrive
back home at Enchantment's tender
