Unique to Coral Princess and her sister ship
Island Princess is the Bayou Café. This
venue offers steakhouse and seafood similar to
the Crown Grills on other Princess ships.
However, the menu is also enhanced with
various items of New Orleans-style cuisine. It
has live entertainment as well as its own bar.
At lunchtime on certain days, the Bayou Cafe is
transformed into the Crab Shack. Inspired by
casual seafront restaurants in Seattle, offerings
include pots of Alaska crab and vegetables
The Bayou Cafe can also be used for Fondues,
a European-inspired concept, which centers
upon Fondue dishes.
There are cover charges for all of these
Sabatini's is Princess' signature Italian
specialty restaurant. Decorated to recall a
Tuscan villa, the room is elegant and charming.
Sabatini's is open for breakfast to guests staying
in the ship's suites. There is no cover charge.
During the afternoon, it becomes Alfredo's
Pizzeria. Open to all, the gourmet pizzas are

Coral Princess also offers the Chef's Table
experience. These events are held once or twice during
a cruise in the Bordeaux Dining Room. To begin, a
small number of guests are brought into the galley to
meet the Executive Chef and to have a series of
appetizers along with champagne. They are then
brought into the main dining room where they enjoy a
multi-course feast that has been prepared especially for
them along with wine pairings. During the meal, they
receive insights from the chef, the ship's maitre d' and
the sommelier. At the end of the meal, the guests
receive a copy of Princess' cookbook. There is a cover
