DINING
Coral Princess has two main dining rooms - -
the Provence and the Bordeaux.  They are very
similar in decor and layout.  Both utilize the
same dinner menu. (
See examples of menus).

The Provence is only open for dinner.  It
operates on the traditional passenger ship
system.  Each guest who opts for the traditional
system is assigned to either the early or the late
seating.  Each guest also has a specific table
assignment throughout the voyage.  The chief
advantage of this option is that you get to know
your fellow guests and your servers during the
course of the cruise.

The Bordeaux is open to all passengers for
breakfast, lunch (sea days), and afternoon tea
on an open seating basis.   For dinner, it is open
to guests who have selected Anytime Dining,
which gives passengers some flexibility as to
when they will have dinner.  Guests can arrive
anytime the restaurant is open.  However, there
is no guarantee that you will have the same table
or servers throughout the voyage.

The menus in the main dining room are quite
varied.  In addition to contemporary fare, and
nights featuring different cuisines (e.g. Italian
night), Coral  Princess presents some of the
traditional dishes associated with cruising
and sea travel including Baked Alaska (left),
Beef Wellington (below) and lobster tails
(right).
