A MENU FROM A
CHEF'S TABLE DINNER
Once or twice per cruise, the Executive Chef opens the doors of the
galley to a small group of culinary connoisseurs. After giving a tour
of the galley at "rush hour", he prepares a series of special
appetizers which the guests consume at a "hot spot" in the galley as
a waiter pours French champagne. Afterwards, the guests are
taken to a special table in the Coral dining room where they have a
multi-course gourmet meal paired with appropriate wines. The chef
and the maitre d' hotel stop by and give insights into the various
dishes and wines. On occasion, the Captain and/or the ship's
Passenger Services Director may also drop by.
The groups are limited and there is a charge of $75.
