handles not only souvenir
photos and formal
portraits by the ship's
photographers but offers
camera equipment and
accessories. There is
also digital self-service
printing. Ventura also
has photography classes.
The Ivory Suite (above left) is used for weddings and for renewal of vows. Certain of the ship's officers
are authorized by the Bermuda government to perform weddings.
In addition, the room can act as a conference room for meetings and classes (above).
The Peninsular Room (right) is also a multi-purpose room used for classes, quizes and meetings.
The ship's library is called Chapter
One. It has a collection of
bestsellers and travel guides. In
addition, it has audio books, jigsaw
puzzles, board games and a selection
of classic and modern movie DVDs
and music CDs. The ship endeavours
to obtain British newspapers in the
various ports of call for use in the
Cyber Centre (right) is Ventura's Internet
cafe where guests can send e-mails and surf the
web. There is also a wireless network for those
who have brought a laptop or hired one from
the ship. The suites and the public rooms are
hotspots. Various computer classes are also
offered on board.
The Art Gallery offers various works of art for sale. There are also art talks held there.
There are a number of shops on Ventura around the central atrium. These offer,
amongst other things, clothing, souvenirs and jewellery. There are also seminars
and talks on jewellery and gemstones.
Ventura is designed to facilitate families traveling with children. There are
family orientated activites such as the Cirque Ventura circus facilities and the
Scalextric track as well as sports and family games.
In addition, there is an elaborate program for children. Daily activity
programs designed for various age groups are supervised by Reef Rangers.
Each of the age groups has its own area within The Reef complex.

In addition to the indoor facilities for the younger crowd, there is an oudoor play area complete
with splash pool.
Celebrations (below) is a venue for ordering
flowers, champagne and gifts for special occasions.
