The Explorations Café is a combination, library, Internet café,
game room and specialty coffee bar (above). For good measure, it is
located at the top of the ship and offers spectacular views to the
Shopping on Zuiderdam takes place midships on Deck 3.
Furthest forward is the luxury jewelry boutique Merabella.
Just aft of that is a large department store-like area that offers,
amongst other things, watches, jewelry, clothing and souvenirs.
Above left: The Photo Gallery offers the souvenir
photos and portraits done by the ship's photographers
onboard the ship and in the various ports of call.
Above right: Black Label Art Photography is a
formal portrait studio.
Left: The Art Gallery where guests can purchase
original works of fine art.
Zuiderdam has a large amount of space
dedicated to younger passengers. Club
HAL is for children 3 to 12. The program
is further divided into Kids ages 3 to 7 and
Tweens ages 8 to 12.
The Loft is for teenagers and provides a
place to socialize, play games and engage
in activities such as video editing.
There is also a Video Arcade nearby.
Zuiderdam has three multi-purpose rooms the Stuyvesant, Hudson and Half Moon Rooms. They can be used for cards,
meetings and other activities.
The Digital Workshop is a very popular venue. It offers uncomplimentary
classes in all things digital ranging from photography and video to purchasing
computers. The classes are conducted by computer experts using Microsoft
