The Explorations Café was designed with the
sophisticated traveler in mind. It combines a
library, Internet center, game area and a
specialty coffee bar. Guests can read the New
York Times online as well as destination-related
materials developed by the Times. In addition,
the Cafe is located high on Deck 10 next to the
Crow's Nest lounge making it a good vantage
point for observing the surroundings.
Occupying a large expanse on Deck 4 are the Shops.
Looking more like a department store, than a separate
series of shops, this area houses a wide range of items
including duty-free items, souvenirs, jewelry, watches and

Club HAL is Westerdam's youth club. It provides
