The main dining room on Eclipse is the
glamourous, two-level Moonlight Sonata
Restaurant. The room is dominated by a wine
tower (left) that looks more like an artistic
creation than a place to store some of the
numerous wines on the ship's wine list.
Moonlight Sonata has both a traditional
two-seating dining system for dinner and a
flexible dining option. During sea days, the
restaurant is open seating for breakfast and lunch.
During port days, the restaurant is closed for

Qsine is a new restaurant debuting on
Eclipse. It combines new creative dishes
(e.g. Koebe beef sliders) with innovative
ways of presenting the meals. The menu is
presented on Apple iPads with the waiter
acting as a guide. The dishes were
conceived with the idea that the guests
would be sharing each item. Accordingly,
they are brought to the table in
non-traditional ways such as on shelves
and in boxes. It is creative, fun and tasty.

Within the Solarium is the Aquaspa Café,which offers healthy alternatives. Meanwhile, the Mast Grill offers hamburgers and
other traditional poolside fare on the open decks.
Eclipse's buffet restaurant is the Oceanview Cafe,
Slightly less elegant but still sophisticated is the Tuscan Grille. The menu combines Italian cuisine with an American steakhouse
dishes. The decor evokes images of California's Napa Valley. Situated at the back of the ship, the room also offers scenic views over
the ship's wake.
Blu is the assigned restaurant for guests staying in Aqua class staterooms.
However, while guests in these staterooms have unlimited access to the
Aquaspa, the Blu is not just a health food restaurant. Rather, it may be the best
restaurant on the ship, serving creative dishes, including an excellent filet
mignon, cooked ala minute. In addition to dinner, this restaurant is open for
The Bistro on Five offers crepes and other
light dishes throughout most of the day and
night. It is popular not just with passengers
but one often sees the ship's officers and
managers eating here - - an indication that
this is a good restaurant. There is a five
dollar cover charge.
The main galley serves the Moonlight Sonata
Restaurant and prepares certain items for the
other dining venues. However, there are also
galleys for the specailty restaurants.
