Carnival Breeze presents an array of dining options.
First, there are two main dining rooms.
The Sapphire Restaurant is located amidships. It opens
in the evening for dinner and in the morning for breakfast
(port days) or the comedy brunch (sea days).
For dinner, the upper level of this two level restaurant follows
the traditional passenger ship dining system. Each guest has
an assigned table at either the early or late seating. You dine
at the same table, at the same time, with the same people and
the same servers each night of the cruise. The chief
advantage is that you get to know your fellow guests and your
servers during the course of the cruise.
The lower level of this dining room follows a flexible dining
system called "Your Time Dining". Guests can come at any
time the restaurant is open. If there are no tables available
when you arrive, you are given a radio pager which will
inform you when the table is ready.
Both restaurants follow the same dinner menu.
Breakfast and the Brunch are open to all passengers on an
open seating basis.
The larger Blush Restaurant is at the
stern of the ship.
This restaurant is only open for dinner
and follows the traditional two seating
system described above.
Bonsai Sushi is a new dining venue on Carnival
ships. While past ships have always included a
sushi bar, this is a full sit down restaurant. It is
open for lunch on sea days and for dinner each
night. Fees apply.
Not far away is the Plaza Café (below left), which
is Breeze's specialty coffee and pastries bar. Fees
Next to the Plaza Café is the Taste Bar (below). It
is open for breakfast with cereals, yogurts and
pastries. In the evening, it has appetizers from
Breeze's various dining venues. It is complimentary.
Breeze's buffet restaurant occupies a large part
of Lido Deck between the two swimming pool
areas called The Lido Marketplace. It is
divided into several stations each featuring
different types of food. Tables are along either
side of the restaurant and offer spectacular views
over the surrounding area. The seating area has
been designed to have an open and resort-like
The Marketplace is open for breakfast, lunch and
The Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse is

as the name indicates specializes

The Beach Pool area includes two new dining venues: Guy's Burger Joint (above left) and the Blue Iguana Cantina. The
former offers premium hamburgers developed in co-operation with celebrity chef Guy Fieri. The latter allows you to design your
own tacos and burritos.
In the Tides Pool area you will find the ship's 24-hour Pizzeria (below left) and Tandoor (below right), which offers Indian
Cucina del Captain is an Italian-style venue that pays tribute to the long line of Italian officers who have commanded Carnival
ships. The decor recalls an Italian sea captain's home with photos and paintings of ships and ship people. At lunch time, this venue
offers a complimentary pasta bar. There is a cover charge for dinner.
