DINING
ADVENTURE OF
THE SEAS
PHOTO TOUR
AND
COMMENTARY
The main dining room extends over large sections of three
decks. In fact, it is so large, that each level has its own name -
- each level being named after a famous composer.
Within the dining room are a wide variety of seating
arrangements. For example, one can dine in the lower
level at the foot of the grand staircase, overlooked by the
balconies and the huge chandelier (above) Alternatively,
there are intimate tables for two (left). Guests can also
dine by floor-to-ceiling windows.
Portofino Restaurant is
Adventure's extra-tariff Italian
specialty restaurant. It is
designed to be upscale and
luxurious.
Johnny Rockets is a 1950s style diner
specializing in hamburgers and french
fires. It is a very popular venue even
with the small cover charge.
Adventure has a large buffet with
comfortable seating and some great views. In
the evenings, there is restaurant style service
but still in keeping with the informal
atmosphere.
Cafe Promenade is an alternative light fare venue on The Royal Promenade
(above). In addition to specialty coffee, pizza, sandwiches and various other
items, it serves Ben & Jerry's ice cream (below).
